How to Invest

Select a mortgage or mortgage(s) from our Investor Portal that you are interested in investing in
Contact our office to gain access to additional information on the mortgage(s) you have selected
Determine amount you would like to invest and whether the opportunity is right for you
Fill out a syndication agreement that will outline the terms and conditions of your investment
Transfer your investment capital to our trust account, who will register the transaction
Once complete, you will receive a confirmation of the transaction and quarterly statements thereafter
Your principal and interest are paid to you once the mortgage has been repaid by the borrower
