3. Title Search / Personal Property Registry Report for Mobiles
4. Recent property tax notice
5. Mortgage Balances/Payouts - recent statement will do (applies to refinance only)
6. Income- one of: Paystub / T4 / NOA / Tax Return / Bank Statement / Job Letter
7. Exit strategy. We require a typed summary of the clients situation and the specific plan to pay us out including timelines.
8. Incorporation certificate with corporate search showing all shareholders and directors (for corporate borrowers)
9. Legible Offer to Purchase (if applicable)
10. Void cheque (to deposit funds)
11. Lawyer's contact information
12. Complete originator information- Name, Address, Phone Number, Fax Number, and Email
13. Property Insurance Policy - We need the binder letter showing
    Westpoint Capital Corporation
    4636 Calgary Trail NW
    Edmonton, AB T6H 6A1 as the appropriate loss payable with an endorsement for a standard mortgage clause at guaranteed replacement value.
    
    On Purchases - Name of Insurance Company, Contact Name, Phone Number, and Fax number will do.
14. A general security agreement and/or collateral security
