LTV We will lend up to 85% of the value of your property. We have the ability to lend above 85% with additional collateral security.	Fees We have two different fee structures depending on the mortgage requested. An initial one time lender fee starting at 4% and up An initial lender fee with subsequent loan administration fees starting at 2% and up
Lending Area We lend anywhere in Alberta and BC.	Rates Our rates start at 9% and go up.
Mortgage Types 1sts to 4ths, Blanket, and we lend to corporations.	Payments All our mortgages are interest only and are fully open with no penalty.
Property Types Residential, commercial, industrial, construction, condos, rental, land, mobile homes on owned land, manufactured homes.	Criteria We focus on your exit strategy, your plan to pay us out.  As long as you have a solid plan then we don't rely on your credit or income.
